Refund & Return Policy

1.Refund - After Ordering, Before Receiving:
- A 100% refund of the total order amount can be applied within 24 hours after placing the order.
- Refund requests cannot be made more than 24 hours after placing the order as we start processing orders as soon as they are placed and therefore cancellation is not possible if your order has already been processed or has been dispatched.
2.Return - After Receiving:
- We are sure that you will be delighted with your purchases from us. But if something does not live up to your expectations, you can return any eligible items within 7 days (of receiving the order) for a refund or exchange.
- Please note that all returns must include unused items in the original packaging. You are liable to bear the return shipping costs and any other related potential charges associated with returning the product, such as customs fees.
- FairyFlorist takes full responsibility for any quality problems, missing products, or package loss during shipment within 7 days of receiving the products. Please contact us for further assistance.
